When ordering a personalised print the process goes like this: Shortly after ordering, you will receive an email with an image of your custom print. Once you have confirmed that the details are correct, the image will be printed and shipped within 2 business days. Shipping is via Priority Post from France who quote shipping times as the following: Europe 1-3 days, The rest of the world 4-7 days.

The cost is the same for text or no text.

Yes! There is not a lot of space for text, but if you would like the date of birth, a small poem, a nickname, etc, just add it in the text box when you order. If the text is too long we can work on adjusting the the font size a little.
